Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Please expect your order to ship within 2-4 days.

Can I cancel or amend my order before it ships?

Yes, you can cancel or change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. You can do this from the order management page on your account.

Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please check your email inbox, including spam or junk folders, as the confirmation email might occasionally land there. If you are still unable to find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed. If none of these succeed, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

When you place and order, you will receive an order tracking link in your email once your order has shipped. You can also sign up for email tracking notifications to receive updates as soon as we have news about your shipment. To stay informed about shipment progress, you would need to add your email to the order tracking page.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the order tracking page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily support shipping to the United States and Canada. We look to expand internationally in the near future.

What should I do if my order is missing or lost in transit?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

What are your shipping options?

Our production partners have partnerships with all the major e-commerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail. But to ensure better shipping times, collaboration is done with many smaller regional shipping carriers.

How much does shipping cost?

Free. Yes, that's right. We currently offer free shipping for all products in our store. Please note that this may change in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes preferences change, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange an item so long as it is eligible for an exchange.

Please note that personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Thank you!

How can I place a return or exchange?

If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure that the item is eligible for an exchange. You can then reach out to our support team via behappy@happydrip.com and provide your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange.

Can I get a refund if the price of an item has changed since I placed an order for it?

Our prices might change due to promotional sales, demand, and other special events. However, our pricing policy does not allow for refunds based on subsequent changes in the listed price of an item. Thank you for understanding.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Once such an item has been fulfilled, we are unable to process returns at the moment. Thank you.

Payment

What payment methods do you support?

We currently accept all major Credit Cards and we support the Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal payment methods.

What currencies can I make purchases in?

Our store currently supports payments in United States dollars (USD $) and Canadian dollars (CAD $).

Why was I charged tax?

The tax charged on your purchase is determined by local, state, and/or national tax regulations. As an e-commerce store, we are required to comply with these tax laws, and the tax amount is calculated based on the supply location and/or shipping address provided during the checkout process.

Do I need to pay customs and duties charges?

Shipments outside of the United States may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. 

Since we currently primarily support shipments to the United States and Canada, only shipments to Canada may require a customs fee. If an order is fulfilled in Canada, then no customs or duties charge will apply. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for these fees to the appropriate customs agency. Most times, these fee would need to be paid to the logistics company delivering your order.
